Peptide Testing
Independent purity, identity, quantity, endotoxin, and pH testing for research peptides. Every result is issued on a certificate you can verify online.
Third-party peptide testing, reported as measured.
BioRegen is an independent analytical laboratory. We do not sell, source, or formulate peptides. Clients submit samples; we test them by UPLC-MS, LAL assay, and potentiometric pH.
- Not a supplier, so no stake in the result.
- Method and instrument named on every certificate.
- Every certificate verifiable online by number and validation key.
The tests behind every certificate.
Purity and identity by UPLC-MS, endotoxin by LAL assay, and pH by potentiometric measurement.
Purity & Identity
UPLC-MS confirms identity by mass and retention time and reports purity as a percentage.
Add net content to check the amount against the label.
Endotoxin (LAL)
Kinetic chromogenic LAL assay on an Endosafe nexgen-PTS, reported in EU/mL against the specification.
Add pH on the same sample.
pH
Potentiometric pH, read in triplicate and reported with temperature against the specification.
Common for bacteriostatic water and reconstitution solutions.
From quote to certificate.

Tell us the compound, number of lots, and tests. We reply with sample requirements, shipping instructions, and pricing.
Ship the sample
Each lot is logged on receipt with its batch number and you are notified when it enters the queue.
Analysis
Runs are performed and the data is reviewed by an analytical chemist before release.
Certificates released
Each test is issued as its own certificate, with a number and validation key, in the client portal and by email.
What a BioRegen certificate contains.
Every certificate is issued per lot and per test and carries a number and validation key, so any result can be traced to the original record.
- Client, dates received and analyzed
- Sample name, lot number, and amount received
- Method and instrument
- Specification, result, and pass / fail status
- Supporting data: chromatogram, mass spectrum, calibration curve, spike recovery, or replicate readings
- Certificate number and validation key
Verify a certificate
Both values are printed on the certificate.
Common questions about peptide testing.
Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography separates the sample; mass spectrometry identifies each component by mass. Together they confirm the main component is the stated peptide and how much of the sample it represents.
The main peak as a proportion of all peaks detected. It describes composition, not biological activity or suitability for any use.
No. Purity, identity, and quantity share one Certificate of Analysis. Endotoxin is a separate LAL report, alone or with pH, and pH can be issued on its own. Each report has its own number and validation key. See endotoxin testing for the LAL report in detail.
Enter the certificate number and validation key in the verification tool above, or use the Verify button in the header, to retrieve the original report.
No. BioRegen is an independent laboratory. We test submitted samples and report analytical results for research and quality-control purposes only.
Request a quote with the compound and tests you need. We confirm sample amount, packaging, and shipping instructions.
All testing is for research and quality-control use only. Results are not intended for diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic use, and BioRegen does not evaluate any compound for human or animal use.
